Field Supervisor

Richie LaCalandra is a dedicated Residential and Commerical Field Supervisor at Mosquito Man / Pestify Pest Control, where he has spent the past five years honing his skills as a technician and contributing to the growth and success of the business. Known for his commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service, Richie approaches every job with the same level of care and professionalism, helping to strengthen client relationships and expand opportunities for the company. His work ethic is driven by a competitive spirit and a desire to excel in his field.

Outside of work, Richie is passionate about lacrosse and spending time with friends and family. He is also pursuing further education, having graduated college and currently working toward a master’s degree. Guided by his faith and his personal motto, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13), Richie strives to bring integrity, dedication, and excellence to everything he does—both on the job and in life.

Field Technician

Lucas Longo is a skilled Field Technician at Pestify, bringing a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to every job. With a diverse background that includes managing bakery operations, overseeing store functions, and carpentry work, Lucas approaches his role with a well-rounded perspective and the ability to tackle any task efficiently and effectively. Since joining Pestify, he has excelled in his position, consistently earning recognition for his dedication and being named Employee of the Month multiple times. His work is guided by a principle of treating every business he works for as if it were his own, ensuring that clients receive top-quality service and clear, step-by-step guidance.

Outside of work, Lucas is passionate about weightlifting, staying physically active, and spending quality time with family and friends. He has also been featured on Pestify’s Instagram and on Discovery Channel’s New York Street Outlaws. Guided by his philosophy, “Comparison is the thief of joy,” Lucas focuses on continuous improvement, professional growth, and providing personalized support to every customer he serves.

Pest Control Supervisor

Karl LaCalandra is a dedicated Pest Control Supervisor at Pestify, where he began his career as a mosquito and tick sprayer before quickly advancing to a full-time pest technician role. Karl gained comprehensive knowledge in effective pest control techniques and has since become a trusted member of the team, known for his commitment to delivering thorough, high-quality service. He takes pride in achieving milestones such as selling his first major job and consistently earning top reviews from satisfied clients.

Driven by a strong sense of family and aligned with Pestify’s values as a family-owned business, Karl approaches his work with dedication, integrity, and a focus on building lasting relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym to challenge both mind and body and finds joy in creative hobbies like building with Legos. Guided by the philosophy, “Never be comfortable with just enough” (Ray Lewis), Karl continually strives for growth, success, and excellence in every aspect of his professional and personal life.
